From arranging our walk-through on very short notice, helping us put together our successful offer and keeping us up to date all through the Escrow and Closing. When we were searching for our first home Jeanette went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. She looked out for us in ways no other realtor ever has. They are the type of people that no matter what time of day they will go out of their way to help you. I remember the day I found my dream home, 4 years later after purchasing our first home, I called Jeanette right away and told her all about it. It was one of the toughest transactions I had ever gone through and the sellers did not make it easy for us at all. After going back and fourth for what felt like an eternity Jeanette stopped and asked me a simple question, "Is this it? Is this your dream home?" I told her yes. She said "Okay, I will make this happen for you." She truly meant that statement. She went as far as to give up a part of her commission to get the sellers to comply with our closing requests. If that doesn't say the type of person that she is I don't know what would. Jeanette and Matt are kind, professional and knowledgeable. They are not only wonderful realtors but wonderful people. I've recommended them to every friend and family member I know and wouldn't trust anyone else with buying and selling our homes.

Both of you were always on your toes with knowledge of real estate , which came from years of experience,keeping up with all the changes and most importantly, following through with doing what you said you would do.
